General Contracting

Freesia Construction takes on commercial and residential construction projects as the licensed general contractor. We self-perform project management and work with a vetted network of subcontractors to deliver quality work on time and on budget. Whether it's a tenant improvement, commercial remodel, or residential renovation, we run a tight job.

Owner's Rep Services

Not every client needs a GC. Some need an experienced professional who understands how contractors think and operate. General contractors are managing their own schedules, margins, and crews. Your project is one of many on their list.

As your owner's rep, Freesia Construction works exclusively in your interest. This is especially valuable for investors and developers managing multiple projects, or anyone entering a construction process without dedicated in-house staff to oversee it.

Owner's rep services include:
